Shipments and returns

Terms & Conditions:

1. The cost of shipping based on weight x rate per kilogram, or based on volume.
2. Minimum rate for the shipment of less than 3 kg, or direction of applicable minimum rate of Rp 25,000, - / delivery.
3. Heavy goods for one (1) bale = 150 kg / surcharge levied on top of 50%.
4. Rates may change at any time without prior notice.
5. The risk that occurred in the travel and shipping delays are not the responsibility of us.
6. Price rates this is the only reference. Any changes and additional burden that will be going completely in the buyer.
